A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained and is required for ALL returns.
Returns of unopened items and unauthorized returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Credit will be issued based on Current Market Price (CMP), less a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges. Such a credit will only be issued if the item is shipped back not more than five days after it had originally been received by the customer. Opened product is subject to a 25% restocking fee. RMA#'s are non-renewable.

To obtan an RMA #, please log in to your account. Then click the "my account" from the tabs across the top. Under order status, kindly click "Return Items (Return Merchandise Authorization"). Then click "NEW RMA". Fill in the "Return Merchandise Authorization Form". After entering information under "SKU", please click "ADD SKU". If you are returning more than one item, enter the sku information of the second item then click "ADD SKU" again. Please add SKU'S of all items to be returned. After all SKU'S are added, you can click "SUBMIT RMA". Our rma department will then get back with you as soon as possible.

We reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# to the customer or to prorate the credit.

A RMA is valid for 10 days.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package and we do not accept return of the product for reasons stated in our terms and conditions, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card account minus any applicable fees. Please allow 14 days from when we accept your product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories. For product that we verify to be defective, we may pay freight in one direction only on any such merchandise exchanges.

All products returned for RMA must: be 100 percent complete and contain all original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

Write your RMA number legibly on the return label. Please don’t write on the box.
The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issued date.

Please note that if the box is opened or the box is marked with writing other than the shipping label, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee to help offset our loss on the devalued goods.

Refunds will be issued after verification of item/items received, checked and approved less any applicable fees

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. californiacell.com inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.

  
All our unlocked phones are manufactured overseas and only carry international warranties.
Please choose wisely - all cellular phone sales are final - absolutely no return or refund.
Defective cellular phones can be exchanged only within 14 days from the shipping date. After 14 days, all defective items should be sent to the manufacturer for exchange or repair.

In case manufacturer repair or replacement is required, most defective units would need to be sent outside the U.S.

Internet, SMS, and e-mail functions may require a download to your cellular phone from the service provider in order to work properly.
